Bob McIntyre is a highly experienced construction professional with over 30 years in project management, architecture, and site supervision. He has led multimillion-dollar projects across sectors including federal, hospitality, commercial, residential, and retail. His portfolio includes work on the FBI Redstone facility in Huntsville, major hotel chains such as Marriott and Hilton, and numerous U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects.
Bob has managed teams of 75+ employees, overseen contract administration, and ensured code compliance across diverse project scopes. He is proficient in QCS/RMS, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, and QuickBooks, and holds certifications including OSHA 30 and CQM. A graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Marketing, Bob brings deep technical knowledge and leadership to every project.
